At Planet Gifting, we want you to love your personalised gifts. If there’s an issue with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Can I Return My Order?

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Non-Personalised Items – Can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

❌ Personalised & Custom Items – Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will offer a free replacement or refund. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@planetgifting.com.
2. Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

3. How to Return an Eligible Item

If your item is eligible for a return:

1. Email us at info@planetgifting.com with your order number.
2. We will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Cancellations

• Personalised Orders: Once production has started, we cannot cancel your order.
• Non-Personalised Orders: Cancellations are allowed if the order has not yet been dispatched.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your payment provider – processing times may vary.
